This will allow us to plan the shuttle buses for transfers to and from the conference venue.
NOTE please fill the form only after purchasing the tickets.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: At this time, shuttle buses from/to airport "Reggio Calabria" and Train Station "Villa San Giovanni train station" are planned only on days 9. and 12. June. We will inform you on other days' transfer options at a later time, also based on the number of requests.

NOTE: THE FILLED FORMS ARE AUTOMATICALLY STORED. THERE IS NO NEED TO WAIT A CONFIRMATION.
DUE TO HIGH NUMBER OF REQUESTS IT WILL TAKE ONE OR TWO WEEKS TO RECEIVE THE PROFORMA INVOICES. ANY SPECIAL REQUEST CAN BE MENTIONED IN THE LAST SECTION OF THE FORM. (handling many special requests slows down the process)
Note that the conference venue has Altafiumara Resort has several different accommodation options (same place but different buildings – names refer to building names). So, all the offered accommodation options are at same place at the conference venue (this will greatly help with social activities).
We negotiated a high discount (more than 50%). All the prices include lunches and dinners (starting from dinner on 9. June to lunch on 12. June).
The highest discount is on triple and quadruple rooms that are particularly convenient for students (lowest price is about 90 Euros per person per night INCLUDING ALL MEALS. This is strongly cheaper than any other accommodation in the surrounding!). We recommend booking these rooms at earliest. If you wish to share with others, we can arrange for it. Please clearly specify it by stating NOT KNOWN (MALE or FEMALE) instead of the accompanying person.
NOTE TRIPLE AND QUADRUPLE ROOMS ARE LIMITED. PLEASE, BOOK THEM AT YOUR EARLIEST CONVENIENCE. RESERVATIONS WILL BE MADE ON FIRST REGISTERED FIRST SERVED BASIS.
We negotiated the possibility to have a discount price also before or after the conference (for those willing to relax a bit). Please tix the pre-conference or post-confence option if you wish to benefit of this possibility. The prices are +60Euros per person per night as compared with the conference prices.
IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THE PROFORMA INVOICE WITH EXACT TOTAL PRICE AND CONFIRMATION OF ACCOMODATION AVAILABILITY.

Discounted accomodation prices have been negotiated with the conference venue.
It is highly recommended to select these options. Triple and quadruple options are particularly convenient for students as they are lower than any local three stars hotel.
